Exceptional experience with Alissa Wetzelaer, the Salesperson from Leaf Filter Gutters. The first crew they send did a horrible job and after one day we’re not even half done. The workmanship was sloppy and practically everything about the installation was not right. I called the man who sold me the system and pointed out all the issues that I had a problem with as well as sent photos and videos of the job. He asked me to call the Leaf Filter customer service line so they would have a first hand description of my experience, and I did. New gutters installed quickly, quality work, and the installer was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
The salesperson Apollos explained every step of the process and pricing perfectly and he was able answer all of my questions. The installers were quick and professional and everything looks great. It has now been a few weeks and our cellar is nice and dry.
Ripped down the old gutter system, put up the new gutter system in under 2 hours. The crew was very friendly. A great experience.
