I've had the system installed on our house and garage for 4 years now. Works great! Some leaves hang out on top for a couple of days, but typically dry out and get blown off. Never cleaned it since it was installed in 2021! Works as advertised. Highly recommend for anyone considering having it installed.
The LeafFilter gutter guard looks to be an excellent product and the lifetime no clogging guarantee is attractive, but be careful about the sales tactics. The sales rep who came to my home to give me a free estimate first quoted me a very high price. I had to ask for a senior discount which was 10%. When I hesitated about the price after that, she offered another 20% off, but told me that that offer would not be valid if she left without my approval. I declined as the price was still too high. We signed the contract on Friday and came home on Monday to new gutters. Everything looked awesome and the crew did a great job of cleaning up after they completed the job.
The company states it will clean gutters, but that is only after you invite them to your home to go over their sales pitch. They are fraudulently advertising their services on Angi, do not choose this company.
I had two salesmen lie to me about the warranty; on two separate occasions I was assured that the product has a lifetime, FREE warranty. Turns out this is only true for one year, after that it is $95 per visit. Matt from the Portland office is extremely rude and untrustworthy. He told me the salesmen were not technically lying, since they have never read the warranty and don't know what they're talking about (what kind of company is this?!).
