Everything. When I submit for more information, I had a response the next morning, they came out the next day, they worked to make it affordable for me, then they installed it the next day. Great staff all around and great experience. I would highly recommend.
ZERO STAR! Awful experience. The sales rep kept asking if this was a company we wanted to work with in between his cheesy sales pitch — in hindsight, the answer should’ve been no. Installers left gutters short on both ends with big holes ON DAY OF INSTALL, the local office ignores calls, and customer service told us to hire someone else to fix their mistake. Reporting to BBB. I had an appointment for three different possible purchases. I discussed them with the sales person and she gave me a price for all of the options. I decided what I wanted to purchase and she then got her manager involved to give me an additional discount. I was told I could have the gutter guards done right away if I wanted and they came through on the promise! I was able to get the guards installed later the same day.
