HE WAS ON TIME AND CALLED IN ADVANCE OF THE TIME OF ARRIVAL .HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, VERY KNOWLEDABLEP. WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED HE TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT HE HAD DONE AND SHOWED ME 18 PICTURES OF THE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY WITH 10 STARS. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO CORP AS THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT A ASSET HE IS TO THE COMPANY DENISE TRAYNHAM
Representative was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation was done quickly and looks great.
Great product good price. Excellent install technicians waited for extreme weather to pass and continued to they were finished the project would recommend other.
This is the worst customer service I've ever received. We had to pay up front and was only doing the screened in lania. A tech came out to install them, then was told they couldn't install them, we requested our money back, and was told we only had 3 days to cancel otherwise we would have to pay 20%? I advised Ms. Angela we weren't cancelling thay we were told they couldn't installed them in which I told her to cancel. then received a call from Carl, the installation manager, they sent another tech out, and again was told th... read more
