Went online on Saturday Dec 7th, filled out the request form to include scheduling a free estimate for Monday Dec 9th. Dan showed up as scheduled and provided us with a very detailed product demonstration. We negotiated a fair price for what we needed, shook hands, signed a contract. The installer Amanda was at our house on Tuesday Dec 10th and did 93 lineal feet in just a few hours. She was very detailed to include installing flashing where our roof creates a valley. This was a 1st rate transaction from start to finish. The sales rep (Joe) was awesome, and got us a deal that we just couldn't say no to. The installer (David) worked by himself, and installed aprox. 290 linear feet of LeafFilter in 1 day on our multi-level house. He was friendly, courteous, and cleaned up after he got all finished. The job turned out fantastic, and can't wait to see how they work during a heavy rain.
Don’t waste your money. Does the system work, yes. Customer service terrible. About the 25th of July called the call center to request an estimate for hail damage AND how much to remove the system and put back up because the roofers won’t touch it, as it will void our warranty. They came out then demanded their $105 service fee. July 30th received an estimate only for the replacement of parts saying only a cost, no details of what parts, how many parts, and if that price includes the service fee I was explicitly told would c... read more
The sales agent Bonnie, who came out to my house to tell me about the leaf filter and do the free estimate then proceeds to tell me about all of these discounts that I can get. If I sign up with her right now it came to a decent price. We agreed upon it with all of the discounts. Then turns out she gave me a 5% military discount. All of the flyers and marketing I've received, and even when calling their office, they have confirmed that it is a 10% military discount.
