Our sales rep Matt was a decent enough guy...a little high pressure as he said he would discount the price if we signed the day of the appointment. He did not leave us his contact information. Our install crew did not caulk or add the additional hanger brackets until we asked and questioned them...And then they only added to the front of the house. The contract also said they would realign the gutters if needed...I really doubt the installers even tried to do this. They barely spoke English so it was difficult communicating ... read more
Don't ever buy gutter protection, leaf filters! You will have to pay more to have your gutters cleaned, because they WILL CLOG STILL, and gutter cleaners are gonna charge you triple to x4 because they have to remove to clean. Keep your gutters open, and have them properly cleaned, once a year for a very small fraction of the cost. Your gonna drop 5k on this stuff, minimum.
Presentation was very educational & well done. Pricing was more in my budget after some discounts were added. No hard sales tactics.
I received a quote from leaffilter because they had some kind of promotion going on at Lowe’s I said yes to the estimate not being prepared to negotiate with the sales guy please do your research in advance leaffilter will try to charge you 3 times the national average per foot just to make there discount look amazing and even after there discount they are still double the price per foot I think if I did my research in advance I would of been able to at least get them closer to the national average.
