Amazing experience start to finish. Got the system about 2 years ago. Crew was very professional and cleaned up after. It is a little pricey but the system works perfectly and i have not had to clean my gutters ever since.
No stars was not an option! 4 no call/ no show for scheduled appointment windows. I had to call after every appt window and they just had excuses (truck broke down, person was sick, etc..). When they did get someone out there, it was during a storm and the person they sent was so high I didn't want him climbing a ladder and suing me. I canceled my contract with them and 2 weeks later they charged me over 2k for the job they never did. Made an appointment with them and they never showed up.
I would leave a zero star if possible. From the start this has been a nightmare. The kid at Lowe’s selling the service was pushy, wanting me to schedule asap to receive his commissions asap. The estimate was done by a nicer guy who recommended additional gutters to me that have caused flooding and water intrusion at my front door that now I’m fighting to have removed. Had a system installed today. Andy and Phoebe came out in the cold and were easy to work with and we got it up quickly. I'm glad to not have to worry about cleaning out my gutters anymore!
