The gentleman (sales person) who came out to discuss putting in your fine leaf-filter system did a great job describing what we hand on the house at this time and how your system would improve gutter/leaf problems. Mr. Hamid Khodadadi was the agent who came to my home. He provided my wife and me with all things entailed in our current gutter system and explained in detail how Leaffilter would improve the system to great beneift over time. Absolutely borderline, misleading advertising when they say your gutters, never get clogged. That's pretty much true, but I have pine straw and pine needles and leaves and all sorts of other debris collecting on top of the gutters, which means they have to be cleaned anyway. This was the worst purchase I've ever made. I am just sorry I didn't realize this earlier as I would have disputed the charge with American Express and tried to get some or all of my money back. Peter was a great salesman and explained everything thoroughly. Also, our installer worked through 3 rain storms and completed the job on time.
Absolutely horrible experience. The salesman Kyle is extremely untrustworthy and just wants to make the sale. He originally quoted me $15K and I negotiated him down to $6,200. That should have been my first red flag if they’re willing to come down that much. They needed an extra long ladder to reach one side of my house and the crew showed up twice without despite confirming multiple times with Kyle and their scheduler. I ended up canceling the job. The professional team that came and completed the work was top graded and did an outstanding and amazing job. The quality of their performance was very impressive and they were able to get the job done right. The outside was beyond what we had expected and can’t get enough of the job being done correct.
