Absolutely terrible experience. The sales tactics from LeafFilter were pushy, aggressive, and downright disrespectful. The representative would not leave my home until I repeatedly told him I was NOT signing anything that day. He completely ignored that I wanted to do my due diligence and get multiple quotes — and even made condescending remarks that felt like he was questioning my intelligence for wanting to compare prices. The salesman was pleasant and honest- no pressure. The installers explained everything and even helped me with something else!
Brian is a fantastic person, explained everything, very friendly, respectful of the property, overall wonderful! Right now wasn't the best for us to purchase, but when we choose to, I will only want to work with Brian!
