Got the job done quickly and as per the quote. I am very satisfied with their work.
Had leaffilters installed then a few years after a fire they re-installed for a hefty sum of $8000. Then had hail damage.to roof and called for estimate and inspection to know if there was damage as they advertise for a free estimates. I was told I would be charged a service fee to come and do an estimate. What happened to free eatimates? They are only for new.clients. Please do not pay for Leaffilter as the service ends when they get the installation final payment. Not worth it.
I had a salesman come to my property and give me a quote for replacing a section of my gutter. I was unable to proceed wirh the job immediately due to lack of funds. The salesman said that wasn't an issue, call when I was able. Several months later, I contacted them and was told someone from the local office would be in touch with me. After a few weeks no one had called, so I called again. I was then told that they would have a manager call me to schedule. Once again, no one called. Had this installed in 2022. Had problems with where there's a valley in roof..water flowed down too fast for leaffilter to handle. They put up two splash guards..ok now it clogs there so several times a year we have to get on ladder and clean..fast forward to this year. The side of our house, unbeknownst to us, they installed part above roof edge..this years snow and ice tore a part of it up.. was told by leaffilter they can come fix for a fee.. totally bulls... Update we had our system installed 7 weeks ago. This a total scam. We are still picking up metal pieces from our yard. I’ve called 3 times Ames I just keep getting “gee” we’re sorry. Please do not trust these people. Pleased with the gutter system. Sales guy was helpful, my only complaint is a large part of the sale is that they will 100% clean up ALL trash, metal parts, tools and scraps. Before they left we walked around twice because they were leaving with lots of metal scraps laying around. We thought they got it all but ... read more
