I Cannot express enough the horrible customer service I have received trying to get a manger to return my call for 21 days. Ive reached out 4 times requesting a call with the utmost urgency and no one can seems to be capable of doing this. The last call I got hung up on. I hate that it has come to this but I do not know what else to do. Very expensive and I still have to climb a ladder 3-4 times a year to wash the debris clogging the screens. I had a screen come loose and they wanted $95 to come look at it. I also support their MASCAR team but won’t any longer. Go with Gutter helmet, 10 times better protection.

I do not recommend this product!! Very expensive and Poor design and the water will leak over the gutter rendering the gutter useless. They will charge you 95 dollars to come out to the house for after sales service calls. I have called them 2 times to request a manger call me back and have not gotten a call back!
