Very professional process from product demo through installation. Thus far, the product has performed as promised. Fall leaf season will be the first true test followed by spring seed drops. Based upon what I’ve seen, there’s no reason to question the purchase decision. It seems far superior to everything on the market
I Cannot express enough the horrible customer service I have received trying to get a manger to return my call for 21 days. Ive reached out 4 times requesting a call with the utmost urgency and no one can seems to be capable of doing this. The last call I got hung up on. I hate that it has come to this but I do not know what else to do. Very expensive and I still have to climb a ladder 3-4 times a year to wash the debris clogging the screens. I had a screen come loose and they wanted $95 to come look at it. I also support their MASCAR team but won’t any longer. Go with Gutter helmet, 10 times better protection.
