WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They were set up at the saline county fair and were SOOO incredibly disrespectful
SALESPERSON CAME AND MEASURED MY HOUSE FOR A GUTTER SYSTEM. I PAID IN FULL FOR THIS SERVICE. THE CAME IN INSTALLED GUTTER SYSTEM. THE GUTTER WAS TOO WIDE OVER THE BACK DOOR. THE BACK DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN ALL THE WAY. SHOWED THE SUPERVISOR THE PROBLEM WITH THE DOOR AND GUTTER. HE STATED THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO ABOUT IT. TOLD ME TO CONTACT MY SALES REP. SALES REP GOT WITH HER SUPERVISOR. ANOTHER PERSON COME TO REPAIR THE SYSTEM ON THE BACK. HE CUT THE GUTTER OUT ABOVE THE DOOR AND LEFT IT. THIS MEANS THAT WHEN IT RAINS, I... read more
The quality of work is terrible. I would not recommend this company. They want to charge a service fee to correct the job that was suppose to be done when they installed the gutters. It is not my fault that they had two different guys come out and one knew what he was doing and the other not so much. The job should be done with quality work especially for the price we are paying to have the work done. I will never use this company again. This was my first time using them and will be my last time.
We are very happy. Casey Cantrell was very professional and pleasant. She knew the product and was very passionate . Her presentation was awesome. As promised the installation crew was professional and the gutters look great, match the house perfectly. The clean up afterwards was amazing. Thank you Casey.
