There was some confusion in the beginning with the financing, but they made it right and everything worked out well! Installation was a breeze (MadDog Construction - John Woodall and his crew were amazing!) We've only had our new gutters a couple of weeks but they are already a game changer!
We had gutters installed incorrectly. During the first snow some of the gutters came down. They started to fall before heavy snow even came down! The warranty is lifetime except for ice build up and there was not ice. They came out and agreed they were installed incorrectly and said they would replace. Then a week later they came back and changed their mind and wanted us to pay an additional $2,000 to fix it. They won’t hold up to their warranty, admitted they were wrong on installation and now wont do anything to fix it! I ... read more
I've been profoundly impressed with the service I've received. Everyone that I talk to wants to help and the on-site techs have been great to talk with. Everyone has been very respectable of the property and the gutters look absolutely amazing.
