Horrible customer service. We bought our house with leaf filter already installed. We called to have replacements/repairs done and they sent someone right away. Upon arrival, the consultant, Sharon, said the damage was on them because the gutters were not installed properly. From start to finish, LeafFilter representatives were kind and professional. There was no high pressure sales gimmicks. Everything they said was true. Since our installation, we've had a number of heavy rains, and we were thrilled to see nothing spilling over the edges of our gutters as happened previously. The job was started on a very rainy day. Several areas were not done very well, perhaps affected by the miserable day. I was asked for full payment in spite of the fact that the caulking of the joints was not done until several days later. When the tech came to finish the job, he redid one gutter and did his best to repair two roof corners that were damaged when the old gutters were removed. From start to finish, the process was smooth like ice, as it has been said. I had one minor nit to get corrected and my installer shows up after work and asked if I could show him what I need. He finished about an hour later. Great product, great service.
