Had appointment for 07/23/2006 between 8 am and 12 noon no call no show from leaf filter called company they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Bad customer service if you can’t keep the customer informed you shouldn’t be making the appointments
If I could give zero stars, I would. Let’s start with the fact that my appointment was scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Instead, the salesperson showed up an hour early and was already sitting in my driveway when I got home. I dont even get off work until 4.. Then, before I even got there, he called my husband and asked if he was comfortable with me making home improvement decisions on my own. Excuse me? I purchased in November 25 paid a little extra because of their lifetime guarantee of unclogging the gutter Well, I have a clogged better call the 800 number several times they gave me the local person 651 number they haven’t called me back after five calls think twice before you use these people
Gutter guards started warping within 3 weeks. Installation was so poor it's now causing water to pool right in front of our home, the opposite of what we paid for. We finally got a repair appointment scheduled, and the technician never showed up & never rescheduled. We've called every single day for a week and emailed repeatedly asking for a refund.
