On May of 2022 Jason Denison came to my home. We agreed on a price and the job was done. BUT before the job was started I asked Jason that with the steel roof I had installed that in the winter ice accumulates and will stay there until it starts to melt and it comes down all at one time. I told hime it would tear the filter off and he stated that they would fix it for free. Now every Spring I have him come back out here to put new filters on and they charge me $100. I had Leaf Filter installed a few weeks ago. Salesman was very pushy and made me think I was getting a price break by coming down to $10,000 after initially quoting me $15,000 to put the product on my 149 feet of gutters. I have requested an itemized receipt and was emailed by the office manager saying they do not provide itemized receipts. I tried calling the office manager and was called back by someone else who said she was out of the office. When I called LeafFilter for a price the salesman was very nice. He explained the whole system to me and they were here the next day. The installer showed me the pictures of what he did and again explained it all to me. It was a great experience.
