The two men that did the install showed up at 12:00 noon and didn’t stop installing and clean up until 5:30 pm they did a very good job and never waisted a moments time. These are the kind of support staff companies strive to employ.
Ainsley was great! His explanations of the products and the installation process were excellent. We were impressed and appreciative of his time and expertise.

Jake the sales person was great and very respectful and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. But I didn't get a 2nd drain pipe as purchased due to safety and now I'm unable to contact him to see if I get a refund. Update, I was able to get a refund back since I didn't get the 2nd drain pipe w/o any problems. Very polite and professional workers.
