Very professional and skilled installers. Appreciated the communication with them. They also arrived on time, completed the job in a day and walked around the house with me to check it all out.
They don't pay. Don't work through them. Even if a representative says so. The Department of Labor is getting notified for shady business practices.
The demo was informative, and the sales rep was knowledge with direct answers to my questions, was also upfront about cost. Install was fast, professional, again the rep was knowledgeable went over what he was going to do prior to install, walked around my home with me to ensure all the little things were fixed during the "tune up" portion. I am very pleased with the work. I know nothing about plants and so forth, but we had a bad storm yesterday; my basement was dry!!
These guys owe me pay for training on July 1. I called corporate and they told me the Wyoming facility would call with 24-48 hours to make it right and it's been 5 days since then. They weren't just rude for training but they don't take accountability when they do something wrong either. This will be taken to small claims if they don't make an effort to resolve this.
