The sales rep was patient, willing to answer questions, and helped negotiate an excellent price. The installer worked carefully and efficiently. I’m am satisfied with everything.
I got new gutters put on my house by Leaf Fitters. The job was reasonably priced, professionally done, and the young man who installed my gutters was super nice. The new gutter looks wonderful on my house.
BUYER BEWARE! The salesman who quoted this job, sold us on gutters for our home, and 2 outbuildings. The installers put new gutters on our historic farmhouse with straps that are screwed through our shingles into the plywood roof. The gutters were installed the same way on our bank barn and summer kitchen that have metal roofs. Additional issues have been that the downspouts fall apart at the seams and have not been attached to the house, the pitch isnt correct and we have overflow out of the top, and there was no leaf gaurd... read more
Sales rep condescending to a woman home owner. Kept saying “ I love you Brenda but….” Continued to tell me “ I guarantee you get water in your basement!” I have been here for decades and never had water in basement. Then gives me a “ retail” price but if I agreed right then and there and sign a contract I could have the job done for $1000 less!!!
