We are on the no soliciting in Cranberry list. They knocked on our door and rang the door bell which woke up my 3 month old baby. When I told them I am on the no knocking list, they made up an excuse of installing something in the neighborhood which allows them to knock. I watched them walk away and they proceeded to wave at me as if this was funny to them.

I hired LeafFilter in May 2019 because of their “lifetime no-clog guarantee” and maintenance promise. I paid nearly $6,000 for the system. Recently, my gutters became so clogged that water is pouring off the roof and flooding my basement. I called on June 19, 2025 and was scheduled for service on July 11. A contractor called the morning of the appointment saying he’d be late but would arrive that day. He never showed, never called back. Since then, I’ve called LeafFilter three times.
