I was very surprised to learn that this clinic charges patients large upfront fees in order to “lose weight,” offering three different programs that all cost a significant amount of money. What concerns me is that unless a person is prescribed medication, there’s no guarantee they will lose weight or maintain those results — yet the fees must still be paid. I have been a member of the Leaf Weight Management Clinic since 2019 and lost 50 lbs. I continue to be part of to clinic by seeing Dr. Shiau & attending Danielle’s (Dietician) Pounds Off Discussion (PODS) program once a month via zoom.
