I have a redemption card that they say allow 4-6 weeks, I think they meant years. I wonder how many thousands of dollars they have taken from us by not honoring their redemption obligations. Don’t try and contact all you’ll get is a full voicemail box and by chance you get luck to get a rep you get lies. leaf u SUK
Cards were missing and the ones in the box were damaged. Not to mention the fact that they are not metal in any way imaginable. I will be contacting the BBB as well in hopes that future buyers do not get financially hurt by this below acceptable experience.

Non-existent customer service. The few that run this company are completely incompetent. Voted worst company.
