Dont waste your time if you're a walk in. I was told it would be a few minutes and after waiting an 1.5 hrs, I had enough and left. I contacted them a week prior, letting them know about my dog's issue, I was new, and i can only come on Saturdays. I was told to bring her up there anytime and my dog will get seen. If I was told to make an appointment, I would've done that before coming up there.
STAY AWAY!!! If you love your animals BYPASS THIS PLACE!!!! AWFUL SERVICE HERE AND NO COMPASSION!! They didn’t do a thing for my dog and let her suffer and sent her on her way with just meds. Took her to another ER to find out meds they gave her she shouldn’t have even given to her!!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!
If I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS I would! We rushed my American Bully in she was having a having a heat stroke after she was lost and found and we rushed her to the closest vet for help since we were not home. We took her here and they never once did ANY exam on her! Never gave her fluids checked her pupils, nor did they even take her out of the lobby area to a room!! They rushed us away with a vet bill and a the worse diagnosis that she can’t see and had brain damage from the heat and they never even TOUCHED her! W... read more
It was not a happy experience for me having to have one of my fur babies put to sleep, but they made it easier and less painful. Plus took care of my other fur baby and cut his nails. But the staff was all friendly and helpful. I will be going back.
