My experiences with Dr. Arribas at Leaf Medical were the worst I have endured with a doctor in more than a decade. She was late to every appointment, dismissive of my concerns, and argumentative to the point she yelled. If you care about your health or your family’s health, do not make an appointment here. The office RARELY answers the phone and does not respond to voicemails. Paying a bill is an infuriating process here. Do not go here. Horrible nurse that didn’t tell me I was getting hooked up to an EKG and had me write my name on my own pee cup and didn’t tell me what to do with it then doctor said she “felt like something was wrong” with my heart even though EKG was normal and insisted I go to a cardiologist and now I’m in debt because of this cardiologist bill and them not coding it correctly. Whole experience here was awkward and incomparable except the front desk staff, she was kind.
They never pick up the phone and when you leave a voice mail with a callback number, they never call you back. They also don’t respond to messages on their Breeze app.
Repeated very bad experience. Went in for my annual exam and dr asked me about my concussions playing basketball -- have never had a concussion and never played basketball. Then asked me about my soccer injuries. Still not me. Then asked me incorrect information about my grandparents. Wrong person. After all of this, a month later I get a phone call that I need to have an urgent Telehealth appointment because of my lab results, scaring me deeply. Wrong again. Who can I give feedback to? The dr was fine but I waited over an hour and left before even getting my blood taken, I have a small baby and don’t just have a ton of time to waste
