Dr. Arribas is wonderful. I am super grateful for her close care and attentiveness for all of my needs from having a cold, to having some chest pains, I trust that she has my best interests at heart. Also this office is very easy to get to, and very clean. The front desk staff, however, always seem like I'm inconveniencing them and are pretty rude.
I just had a physical as a new patient. The doctor was warm, thorough, and competent. She listened, asked a lot of questions, and had availability for a follow up a week later.
The space looks clean but the lady at the front desk had an off putting attitude when I asked how much time is typically allotted for physicals. I left without proceeding with the appointment.
Professional, on time and definitely in a safe pair of hands with Dr Janet.
