Dr. Bettencourt is always very calm and nurses are always great and accommodate for my son. They always listen to our concerns. Dr. Negron is great as well I even started seeing her as my PCP after visiting with my son !
Overall, I would come back if I cannot find another doctor but for a concierge service I expected A LOT better. I am not sure where these glowing reviews are coming from. Woman at the front desk treated me and other patients and she was annoyed we were there that and she had to do her job. Their booking system sucks and apparently their internal system to send medications to pharmacies is not great either.
