1 Star Terrible customer service. The staff refuse to take back defective products — they’d rather sit on their phones than help customers. Full of excuses and lies — one employee didn’t even inspect the item but still claimed he did. Prices are way overpriced or even doubled compared to elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else. Also, be aware there are recording devices in the store (just so you know).
Terrible service and rude staff bought a product from Leaf Life Cannabis just two days ago, and it turned out to be defective. When I went back to exchange or return it, the British guy working there was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, he acted defensive and even said he was "recording" me - completely unnecessary and intimidating. For a business that sells to the public, you'd expect some basic respect and accountability, but this place clearly doesn't care about its customers. I'll never shop here... read more
Rude and insulting staff, left without a purchase won't be back. Back to Bud bar on 12th its a 5 star.
