I purchase a $10k shower have had problems with it since first day. This was in 2023 and now glass doors are falling apart and no one is returning my calls. I will contact the BBB to file a complaint the guy that was in charge of the installation no longer works for this company he was the only one I had communication with that came by to repaired the issues. Worst purchase I’ve ever made!
These people do a lousy job
Do not purchase this equipment. Their customer service sucks. When they wanted to sell the product they came after hours and responded quickly to my calls. Now they are fully paid they don't care. It's less then 4 months and my life is not working. My mother who is on second floor has been stuck on 1st floor since Thursday of last week (4 days). She is sleeping on sofa, hasn't been able to shower for 4 days. I called multiple times and left multiple messages, but no response. This is not acceptable. We purchase this product ... read more
