Worst company ever! Installed a lift system in my mother’s home completely wrong! My 79yr old mother has been injured on it. Can’t use it at all, company will not return calls or live up to warranty. Currently filing complaints with US attorney general, state attorney general, BBB and trying to hire a lawyer for assistance. Complete nightmare! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They make promises on lies, take your money and run never to be heard from again!
Had a chair lift installed about a year ago at a home, and are needing it removed because the house is sold and needing it installed at the new place. Issue is they won’t return the phone calls and if we remove it ourselves it voids the warranty. Customer service is great, service department is not.
Scary! Just met with a very sketchy car salesman type from Leaf Home Safety Solutions today regarding a Stair Lift. This guy just kept doing his script and couldn't sell the product on its own merits. He just kept knocking the other guys. He only compared his stuff to other companies with a short warranty and less capacity for weight. Interesting that he didn't compare to other companies also with a lifetime warranty and the same weight capacity. Leaf home safety solutions is a joke! They put gutter covers on my roof claiming that it would never clog my drains... Take a look at these pictures and you tell me if things got clogged. Additionally, I had them redo my bathroom and they ended up having to redo it a second time because the first time it leaked into my downstairs bathroom causing water damage on my window. been calling them since April. And every time I call there seems to be NO agents available to answer the phone. Just had a question I need answered. The shower is great customer service sucks.
