Great experience!! They were kind to us. We really do appreciate the stair lift it makes it easier for mobility.
I was on the phone and I told this obnoxious lady no thank you and she just started talking over me. I said im on the phone I cannot talk I told them and I wasn't interested .and closed my front door. I went to store and over the next hour I received 6 calls !!!! I finished my shopping and went home and this guy was parked in front of my house. As soon as he got out I told him again I wasn't interested and to take a hike and he tried his sales pitch and I told him again to leave now or im calling the cops. These people thoug... read more

Outstanding customer service. JT was friendly, answered my questions, knowledgeable about the process and the product. Once he talked about the product and warranty and maintenance-free aspects, we were sold!
Never call Leaf for anything. They will call you 3+ times a day using a hard sell to convince elderly customers to spend 2-3x market prices for things they do not need. They convinced my parents to buy a stair lift when my dad was in hospice and only needed it for 2 months, they are out over $8k and now leaf wants us to pay more to remove it!
