Mom hired this company to install a shower, she was tired of the 1970’s Brown. It took 2 days to install. Notice their Mud job is not even, the calk job is subpar and the outside trim isn’t even attached at the outter edges. I had called the company several times to have them fix this, but no reply. She only made a down payment for this job, but somehow the balance was deducted from moms account and no return phone call to fix issues. My mom is in the beginning stages of dementia. Over promise under deliver terribly unorganized!
Adrian and Nick, I just wanted to know how happy you have made my life. The other day, I called about my deposit check. I had the understanding if that if my contract didn't go thru for my walk-in-shower, then they won't deposit the check. So Nick called me about the check and told me that we are getting our walk-in shower. That we got the shower and everything is done. I was the happiest woman in the world. The installation was done ina timely fashion and it never interfered with my daily life. Installer was courteous and very task oriented. It’s a beautiful shower and exceeded my expectations. Great company to work with.
