Conrad came. He quoted us a ridiculously high price for a bath tub space renovation. When we said we would think about it, he kept lowering the price. At one point he did the old sales trick of calling his "boss" to get special approval for a special low deal. He eventually quoted a price tremendously less than the original quote.
