We had a shower install about 3 weeks ago. Sales guy was great! The guy to install was pretty quick and gave us throughly instructions. He also mentioned that if there are any leaks to let him know. Well tonight, we noticed water coming from where the handle is to turn on water in back of tub from basement. Our basement floor is soaked! Water was dripping like crazy! Derek was knowledgeable, patient and professional throughout the process. We talked about way more than just a bathroom remodel, including faith and family. He took the time to understand my needs and offered recommendations tailored to them. I appreciate his transparency and dedication and I would definitely recommend him to anyone thinking about a bathroom renovation.
I really enjoyed chatting with Jesse Haggith about pulling my bathtub and putting a shower in. He was very knowledgeable and confident. He was eager to provide added information and answers to my questions. Even though I was not able to sign on the dotted line, I will reach out Jesse again when money issues are worked out.
