Technician was on time and communicated his arrival time. Very experinced and knowlegable of his task at hand. Would definitely request him again if the need arises.
Your rep, Patrick McMenamy, was great, as was your installer. Everything was explained in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. There was no pressure to do anything that really didn't need to be done...for instance, Patrick did not try to tell me the gutters were pulling away or in danger of falling, they just needed cleaning. Like the Leaf Filter product and have had it in place for a few years now. Was never inspected post-installation, so thought it was time to have it checked to make sure everything was still properly in place and functioning. Representative came earlier than expected - days earlier - and did the requested inspection. While no verbal or emailed report was provided, assume all was OK as there was no indication of problems.
