Very incompetent company as a whole. I would advise looking into other businesses for gutter protection and home improvement.
Had LeafFilters on our house AND barn for years--worked great (we have three cisterns and depend on them entirely for water). When lake effect storms took down our house gutters in December, I didn't shop around--other gutter systems had failed us. The installer, who was cordial, efficient and professional, came out in freezing winds chills and did a beautiful job repairing our fascia boards, putting up brand new gutters and installing a new LeafFilter system. We couldn't be happier.
The entire process experience was great. Knowledge of the product, no leaks lifetime warranty and professional installers.
I was terminated from employment after 2 weeks because I took off the day before Christmas Eve, since I was traveling out of town. Apparently it’s “against company policy to take off any days for the first 2 weeks” even if the first 2 weeks happened to overlap with the Christmas holiday. I got ZERO warning- they just called me into an office and fired me. It’s no wonder the company call center has an 80 percent turnover rate.
