Good product but horrendous service. The fact that I scheduled a date/time for a Leaf Filter rep to look at one of our Leaf Filter gutters that was damaged by an ice dam was irrelevant; he came when it was convenient for him…on a different date, when I wasn’t home. But he still gave me an estimate for replacing it which I have accepted. But he doesn’t respond to repeated emails over the past several weeks.
LeafFilter Gutters: Good Product, Poor Service I had LeafFilter installed on my gutters after being approached at Lowe’s by a representative who claimed a partnership and discounts. The product seemed promising, with assurances that installers were trained by LeafFilter and backed by Lowe’s.
