I have been waiting for over 6 weeks for the service department to respond to my emails phone calls. We need them to remove their product so that we can get our damaged roof replaced. They say they will have the service department call me back but it never happens.
We very much regret using this company for our project in Youngstown, Ohio. We purchased a walk-in shower in June 2022 from the Hudson, Ohio, office. The project cost $12,000. We immediately had problems with a leak then, and after about seven months, the company replaced the walls of the shower to fix the leak. That was in February 2023. LeafFilter Gutters: Good Product, Poor Service I had LeafFilter installed on my gutters after being approached at Lowe’s by a representative who claimed a partnership and discounts.
