Had an appointment for a re-install and they were a no-call, no-show. I called the office numerous times with no response and found out they rescheduled for a different day without contacting me. I did get a return call from Sarah, a manager in the office. I do give her credit for reaching out and resolving the issue, which I thanked her for, but no one else in the office responded. I like the leaf filter system but the office should communicate with customers better.
This company advertisement method is barbaric! They constantly send junk mail to my home, and I don't know who gave them my information. I can't remember when I received a flyer in the mail and thought to use their services. This is harassment through USPS. Please stop!
