Thank you for repairing the AC in the summer, but now that winter has come, the heater won't turn on. In my view, it may have been turned off during the last service. I'm crossing my fingers for a speedy resolution.

I appreciate you fixing the air conditioner in the summer, but the heater isn't turning on now that winter has arrived. It may have been switched off during the last service, in my opinion. I'm hoping it can be fixed quickly.

In the summer, you had the air conditioner going, but now that winter is here, the heater won't switch on. It may have been disabled during the last service, at least in my opinion. Looking forward to having things fixed shortly.

The technicians did a great job replacing our old AC system. They were quick, tidy, and super friendly. I appreciated how well they explained the new system and made sure everything was set up for easy maintenance.
