EXTREMELY AWFUL! This was almost about 6 years ago when she "delivered" my daughter. She skipped out on my appointments the last three times that I was supposed to see her before delivering. When it came time to push, the nurses, my family and I literally waited on her to get to my room for forever!! Then she had the audacity to slowly walk in while eating yogurt, did not wash her hands, took her time putting her gloves on all to leave a surgical sponge inside of me after delivery and stitches. Worst experience ever. Talked to me like I was an idiot (and my husband who was a paramedic at the time). Was very condescending and bedside manner didn't exist. At all. Pregnancy care was terrible and I was hoping her partner showed up to deliver my baby. Unfortunately, that didn't happen and my son came out with pneumonia because he sat in the birth canal for an hour. After delivery care was non-existent as well. I would honestly let a dentist handle my pregnancy before I allowed her.
Office staff was horrible. They always told me that my medicaid wasnt valid and make me pay out of pocket. Every visit would take anywhere from 45 min to 1 hr and 30 min to get to the back and then another 20- 30 min to see the doctor. Dr. Leaf told me that she really wanted me to terminate my pregnancy but could never give me an answer as to why and when i asked for a sonogram she said she didnt know how.....what DR doesnt know how? They also refused to give me a prenatal pill RX i asked for because they said they were tryi... read more
Terrible experience with this Dr. and her office. The front office staff hide behind their frosted glass sliding window, ignoring patients interrupted occasionally by an embarrassing loud call out from the frosty window to an over scheduled packed waiting room full of patients, confirming exactly what everyone is there, for Pap smears, IUD, and what not....Hippa anyone? Established patient calling for two days yet could not get an appointment during a painful potential emergency, until 7 days later. Even requested to see one... read more
