Your appointment system is terrible. I was on my way for a 10:15 am appointment. What a waste of time.
Ali was awesome, listens to what you want with your hair and then makes the magic happen. Found my new stylist!
My stylist Keishley did a fantastic color and cut for me. She blended the white/gray hair coming in at the temples with my brown and blonde tones beautifully, And the layered cut looks great whether I let my natural waves air dry, or blow dry it with a round brush for a smooth style.
I booked an appointment online for a partial highlight based on the $100 charge quoted. Once I sat in the chair it went up to $200, which I still did not refuse because I thought maybe they would do more foils. She used 27 foils on my head and was done in 1 hour. In CA I would pay $100 for double the foils. Not only that, they charged me over $7 for using my credit card. I would not recommend this place as they are scandalous with their charges.
All did my hair last week and it came out perfect ! Talented and funny stylist also love the products that she recommended will be back again !
