Had excellent care diagnosing my son’s broken leg
This office as well as their pain clinic has major communication issues. I had to wait almost 6 months for a physical therapy referral to their own physical therapy office. I spoke with them over 10 times to get the correct MRI order and I'm still waiting. I just don't understand why they can't communicate with each other. Still waiting for MRI order after 6 weeks. This is unacceptable.
Be aware of this place. I received an outrageously high bill for a mediocre healthcare appointment provided by a nurse. The staff who attended me were deceitful. Do not plan on ever returning.
Why they don’t have urgent care is beyond me. St Vincent using our tax dollars to build an incredibly fancy emergency room & health center, but if you’re very sick your only option is to wait a few days for an appointment or get an enormous bill at the emergency room. I don’t understand.
