The Paediatrician Dr Stephen Ansley who has been treating my son has blocked me from communicating with him directly in relation to my son’s paediatric care. In my opinion it felt that Dr Ansley has consistently sided with my son’s father & step-mother and I felt that Dr Ansley has not listened or taken what I have to say seriously throughout the past 4 years he has been my son Paediatrician. Leading Steps has a fantastic team of paediatricians. Over the years, we’ve shared a number of clients and seen firsthand their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for children.
We were extremely dissatisfied with the amount of spent with us in relation to the charge that has been applied. The consultations consisted of only a few minutes at a time, and we do not feel that this level of engagement justified the cost we have been charged. Given the nature of paediatric care, particularly in a hospital setting where families are already under stress, we expected a more thorough and involved consultation. Dr Garth is very professional, kind, and patient. He listens carefully and explains things clearly, which makes you feel comfortable and confident. The clinic staff are also friendly and helpful. A great doctor – highly recommended!
