Still have VERY poor equipment. I wish the owners would take the home oxygen concentrator they provided for me, to their bedroom and try to sleep. It sounds like a helicopter in my room. They never do any maintenance on anything, unless I call numerous times. I finally gave up on their portable oxygen concentrators and bought my own. I call and call. I ask for new canulas, they say they'll get them to me, but they never do. They don't call back and tell me anything. Mom was in the hospital and needed a bipap machine sent home. They told they hospital she already had one and now mom is home with an oxygen saturation in the mid-80s without help. She's dying. And Leading Respiratory really let my mom down. I'm so upset.
