If you are a tennent, dont trust them as they are liars and thieves, and avoid renting from them if possible. It does not matter how much you clean one of their houses, they will take at least half your bond. If you dont use their listed contractors then they will take advantage of you. When first arriving back from Perth I needed a rental asap. On my first inspection with Leading Property Group I met Lucinda. WHAT A WONDERFUL PERSON. Lucinda helped me with not only securing a property but with any maintenance issues we needed. The end of my lease the final inspection was done on the day I handed back the keys and my bond was released the following day. I cannot recommend this agency enough.
