If you are a tennent, dont trust them as they are liars and thieves, and avoid renting from them if possible. It does not matter how much you clean one of their houses, they will take at least half your bond. If you dont use their listed contractors then they will take advantage of you. Also they are extremely slow with repairs, as I had to bring up things they said would do, months later.
