We have leased through Lucinda twice and have always found her extremely professional, efficient and responsive. Any issue we have raised has been dealt with immediately, even something as minor as not being able to open a window, which Lucinda personally came out and fixed for us. What stands out most is how well she looks after both landlords and tenants. She is very particular about the tenants she approves and expects properties to be properly cared for, while also ensuring tenants are treated fairly and respectfully. ... read more

When the time came to sell, Lucinda also helped achieve an outstanding result, selling the property for what I can genuinely describe as a... read more
