Leading Inspections of Arizona was recommended to us. We recently had Leon do an inspection for our 1 year warranty for our new build house. Leon was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and he really cares about the work that he does. He is very thorough. We received our report quickly, and was able to send it to our builder right away. High quality inspector who my clients feel is worth the drive and cost to Sedona for their properties. Does a great job, honest and high ethics. Clients really trust him and his findings. A seller used him for a property she was purchasing in Scottsdale because of the thoroughness of his report and findings on the property she sold in Sedona.

Excellent experience with Leon with his inspection throughout the new build construction in the Avance community. He visited the site every 3-4 days on average. Sent me photos and relevant updates each time. He is very thorough and detailed-oriented. Always kind and respectful. He would even message me while he was on vacation. I have nothing negative to say about Leon. I thought his price is very reasonable and would very highly recommend him to anyone, new build or existing!

Wow!! We have a new home that is coming up on the one year warranty work. A realtor friend of mine recommended Leon. Thank goodness she did! Leon was very thorough and wrote a comprehensive report with photos to provide explanations. He was polite, detail oriented, explained his findings to us, offered suggestions along the way and was very professional. Also, he's a very nice guy! I highly recommend Leon for your home inspection.
