Emma is a great groomer!
No sympathy no empathy. If you get bad news at least be kind. Really disappointed in my experience, essentially when I saw your interaction with a person with hounds in the parking lot. Choose a new line of work.
Great service, awesome attitudes, caring. Our 18 year & 10 month cat has had wonderful care . He is slowing down alittle but still going ,thank you, blessings.
