Only one thing, I’m old and I don’t like when you email me to sign something. You expect me to remember how to get to your portal. Why can’t you just send me the forms like you usually do where I can easily open to your portal and sign the forms? The way you send to me maybe easy for you to understand and do but it’s not easy for me. Remember customer service and the customer is always right. 😂👍
