Leading Edge Property Management is the best property management I've ever worked with. Preferring to rent over own, I found their rental property to be very clean with nothing broken. I found them to be hands-on, helpful in every way and I recommend them as a great way to do business.
Writing this review as a tenant of just about 1 year, and I could not be happier my experience with Cindy. Not only does she react swiftly to maintenance requests when they arise, but she is always an absolute pleasure to communicate with. If I ever move, I want it to be to another property managed by Leading Edge Property Management.
Our experience with Leading Edge was extremely helpful and professional! Our property was listed within a day of signing our initial contract. Cindy took care of All our needs and communicated well between us and our new renters. I have used Leading Edge Property Management LLC for a few years now for my rental properties. They always go above and beyond in taking care of both the landlords, and the tenants. I highly recommend them, as they truly are a five star company.
