I will start by stating that the NEGATIVE REVIEWS on this site in relation to the Glenora location are not NOT FAIR reviewsNOR ARE THEY INDICATIVE of what is ACTUALLY HAPPENING at that site. Matt at the RGC leading edge is amazing! He has helped me through 2 sprained ankles and MVA injuries. I love all the staff at the RGC location. They are all friendly, kind and welcoming. I’ve also seen Erin at the Capilano location and she was also amazing!
Kristen is absolutely awesome! The personalized exercises she prescribed for me had an enormous healing impact! I highly recommend her at Leading Edge!
Amazing clinic! I have been using Leading Edge for physio since 2023, originally starting at the Windermere location, but needed something a bit closer to work (and that happened to have an available appointment on short notice) when I got injured so I swapped to the Royal Glenora location. I was so fortunate to be paired up with Chelsey H. who has been my ride or die throughout an awful calf tear I got back in December playing soccer. Leading Edge at the Royal Glenora Club is a place that is not recommended. Leading Edge Royal Glenora Club is all about making money and if you want competent and ethical care this is not the place to be. Leading Edge has no accountability and has exceptionally poor customer service. If you want to have a competent assessment and not just waste your time as well as money, this is the place to NOT TO go. Any happy patient must have an unlimited bank account.
