Very comfortable settings Procedure went well
Dr Fanti and staff are professional
I had a very good experience at this office. Dr. Fanti is smart, well trained and careful. My procedure was painless.. My only complaint is that the staff could benefit from some customer service training. I mostly felt as if I was an object and not a person. Communication was limited. But, I guess when you’re going to get your tooth pulled, you should expect a pretty serious environment.
I came in to the office full of anxiety and in pain. Dr. Fanti and his team reassured and comforted me the entire time. Very caring and empathetic. Thank you Dr. Fanti and team!
Make sure you ask this dentist what your insurance is paying for cause they want to charge for a lot of services that maybe you don’t even need or even want they definitely looking to tap your pockets.I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.
