I want to thank Dr. Steven Schwartz for excellent service I did not feel pain when he extracted my complicated infected tooth, he guided me through all the steps that he was doing and his assistants were very gentle and helpful. It was very easy to make an appointment and he is in network with Emblem GHI by 1199. I also wanted to mention billing team who is very honest and reasonably priced. I went in today for the follow up procedure of a bone graft to prep for my eventual implant. As always, the front desk staff was professional, friendly, and a joy to interact with. Unfortunately, I forgot my credit card for payment. They were so understanding and accommodating. I was able to go home to retrieve said card. Upon my return, I was taken in for my procedure. I recently had a tooth removed by Dr. Schwartz and the experience could not have been better. From start, greeted immediately upon entering the office and then taken into the office almost immediately. From start to finish was approx 45 minutes. The staff was beyond friendly and efficient. They kept me informed throughout the procedure as to what they were doing and what to expect and answered all my questions. They also called later in the day to check on me. If you have to use an oral surgeon, they are the ones to use!
