Absolutely horrible people! Do NOT go here!!! The stupid CT technician squeezed my arm, he didn’t even tell me or ask me if he could touch me!!! Sent me in a world of pain!!!! I asked for my records and they denied me!!! Can we say illegal!!! Absolutely! They need to be investigated by the department of professional discipline!!! I told my surgeon, who is in Westchester, that they denied me my record of the CT scan, he even said that they can’t do that. They are completely incompetent and uneducated!!! Staff is horrible, thinks patients issues are laughing matters. Refused to release medical images to the patients, don’t return phone calls or emails. I don’t understand how they are in business. Can’t tell the left from the right side of the body. Absolute joke for a medical facility.
