Leading Edge Fences installed our fence as part of a Veridian Homes build, and the initial work was excellent — solid quality, no complaints there. However, five years later when a gate hinge broke, the follow-up experience was disappointing. I emailed asking for the hinge specifications so I could replace it myself and received no response for a week. These guys are the best! I've worked with them on two projects and they are very professional and experienced. Excellent customer service and support - can't thank them enough.
I got a fence this year with leading edge fencing company. They did a wonderful job with the fence installation and the fence looks great. Kyle was very professional, his team got here at 7am and the work was complete by 5pm.
This company is extremely expensive. Fairly easy to get a nearly $10,000.00 quote for a small amount of space requiring fencing. They do not negotiate and claim a majority of their bill is for the materials. This is just not the market for that price. In all fairness, they were responsive to emails and asked me to consider other companies. So, that is exactly what I will do. I will go somewhere else.
Fixed a broken part of my in-laws fence that was no fault of leading edge without hassle. Great follow up and follow through!
