I called to set up an appointment to get an estimate because I heard Veridian highly recommends this company for their quality fences. The receptionist answered in a very annoyed tone and said "HELLO" without stating the name of the company. I thought maybe I had called the wrong number so I asked "Is this Leading Edge Fences?" and she said in the same annoyed voice "YES IT IS!" Leading Edge Fences installed our fence as part of a Veridian Homes build, and the initial work was excellent — solid quality, no complaints there. However, five years later when a gate hinge broke, the follow-up experience was disappointing. I emailed asking for the hinge specifications so I could replace it myself and received no response for a week.
