Dr. Michael Goone has been my dentist for several years, and I have always been truly satisfied after every visit with the outstanding work that he has done. And not only does Dr. Goone have a caring & compassionate attitude, but so does his entire staff. Deborah is fantastic! Tina, Karen, Michelle...I cannot say enough great things about them! my appointment is on time.. very courteous staff.. my dentist put me at ease and did what she’s suppose to do.. has very light hand .. no numbing agent and no pain..very upfront with my charges and that’s the best part.. she doesn’t charge you arm and leg .. very clean ..first time i felt that i wasn’t scam!!! I FOUND MY FAMILY DENTIST.. it’s worth my 45 minutes drive..
Mercedes is magnificent -- thorough, smiles, & explains -- and she and Dr. Pallarca work well together. I look forward to my next appointment in 4 months. And Deborah was terrific, filling in for Daisy at the front desk today. Everyone smiles and seem to be happy -- always a good sign for patients -- and all are 5-star!
