Great place to work at. I have been working here for 3 years and have worked on different projects with LEC. Management and coworkers are very helpful and easy to get along with. They promote from within so there is room for growth also!

I love this company, the short time I been with them 6 months has been great. The very helpful and they have some amazing people working with you to help your experience to be the best it can. Every company has there issues but with LEC really let you drive and sink your own ship, not like some company that don't provide much help.

I love the whole team and have been here for a couple of years. Even though everything is fully remote they create engaging projects and activities to promote camaraderie. The team also provides exciting challenges to set an environment of fun friendly competition and positivity to meet goals and promote a lighthearted setting that fosters work-life balance.
