Led me on for 2 years. He deserves a minus 5. Said he would replace window on my classic car. I bought the window and gasket. Every time I contacted him he put me off. Finally this time he said sorry. At least now I don't have to worry a out his quality of work.
Mark does an amazing job and is able to install some pretty difficult auto glass. Even took the time to fix a couple cracks on one of my cars. Great guy to work with and very knowledgeable.
Got their business card from University Volkswagen dealer, called for an estimate, left a message and surprise......haven’t heard anything back from them . Very unprofessional,in my opinion.......

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. I contacted the owner, Mike, through a craigslist add that he posted for an item that he had for sale. I was extremely excited about this sale but he already had someone interested. I patiently waited for 2 days. He finally got back to me to let me know it was still available.
