LEAF is full of Qualified coaches with a friendly atmosphere! The coaches are engaged with all those attending the workout, lending advice on each workout and how you can approve. They also let me know when I can add more weight, I’m stronger than I think I am! Truly enjoy going to LEAF 3x a week!
I am so thankful for Leaf Gym. From day one, Leaf welcomed me with open arms. The coaches have been incredibly kind, patient, and always take the time to explain movements in a way that makes sense, while giving me clear steps for improvement. Leaf Gym is awesome! Great workouts, amazing coaches, and a fun, supportive culture. They’re always helping with technique and making sure everyone gets the most out of each session, no matter the skill level. Highly recommended!
