We really enjoyed working with Leading. We came to them with a basic rendering and inspiration pics for our at home speakeasy and they came back with a design way above and beyond anything we could have dreamt up. Leading Construction is very good to work with during the pre- construction phase and the construction crew are very knowledgeable and highly skilled. The daily communication through the app is a very nice feature. I would highly recommend Leading Construction for your remodeling or new construction needs.
I'm sure they do nice work, but I was not able to see it because they dragged their feet for months after I gave them a $500 deposit trying to tweak my design and making unnecessary changes. Major delays in communication kept pushing out my project. Finally, I went with another builder who started two weeks after my commitment and met my timeline without making any changes to my original design. Excellent experience with Leading Construction! Did a full update to my house main floor while we lived in basement level and all went on time and smoothly. Highly recommend if you are seeking a remodel or new build.
