The team at Leading Construction was professional, good communicators and reasonably priced. They finished our basement and couldn't be happier with the results.
We really enjoyed working with Leading. We came to them with a basic rendering and inspiration pics for our at home speakeasy and they came back with a design way above and beyond anything we could have dreamt up. Leading Construction is very good to work with during the pre- construction phase and the construction crew are very knowledgeable and highly skilled. The daily communication through the app is a very nice feature. I would highly recommend Leading Construction for your remodeling or new construction needs.
I'm sure they do nice work, but I was not able to see it because they dragged their feet for months after I gave them a $500 deposit trying to tweak my design and making unnecessary changes. Major delays in communication kept pushing out my project. Finally, I went with another builder who started two weeks after my commitment and met my timeline without making any changes to my original design.
