Very professional and great to deal with.
Reduced reception hours finishing at mid-day every day, requiring people to call back another day to make an appointment is inefficient, reducing access and adding stress for people wanting/needing to use your service. I work and my morning is extremely busy - I missed your reception by 15 min today. It's my 4th phone attempt to make a booking
